Terms of service

1. What we sell

We sell digital gift card codes and vouchers ("Codes") for third-party brands, including gaming, streaming, shopping, app store, travel and crypto gift cards. Codes are delivered electronically. We do not sell physical cards.

Each Code is issued by its brand (the "Issuer"), for example Apple, Sony PlayStation, Google, Booking.com or Binance. When you redeem a Code, the Issuer's own terms and conditions apply, including rules on region, account type, expiry and permitted use. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any Issuer. All brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify the products we sell.

2. Who can buy

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
• You may buy Codes for yourself or as a gift. You may not buy Codes for commercial resale without our written agreement.

3. Product information and regions

Each product page shows the Code's value, currency and region (for example "UAE", "USD" or "Global"). It is your responsibility to check that a Code works with your account before you buy: many Codes only work on accounts registered in a specific country. A Code that cannot be used because of a region or account mismatch is not faulty and is not eligible for a refund.

Product images and card designs are illustrations. The Code you receive is a digital code or link, not the card shown.

Crypto gift cards (such as Binance and Trust Wallet) have a fixed value in USDT or US dollars and are redeemed on the Issuer's platform. They are not an investment product and we do not give financial or investment advice. The value of crypto-assets can change, and redeeming them may be subject to the Issuer's identity checks, network fees and local laws. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to hold and use crypto-assets where you live.

Travel gift cards (such as Hotels.com and Booking.com) can only be used on the Issuer's website or app, on eligible bookings and in the currency shown.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the selected Codes. A contract is formed only when we send the Codes to you. We may refuse or cancel any order before delivery, for example if:

• the product is out of stock or a pricing error is displayed;
• payment is not received in full or is reversed;
• we suspect fraud, use of a stolen payment method, money laundering or a breach of these Terms;
• the order exceeds our limits for value or quantity.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we refund the full amount you paid.

Verification. For security, we may hold an order and ask you to verify your identity or payment method (for example with a copy of an ID document, or a photo of the card with most digits covered). This is more likely for high-value orders, crypto gift cards, and first orders. If you do not complete verification within 72 hours, we may cancel and refund the order.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. For Codes with a value in another currency (for example USD or USDT), the AED price is fixed at the time you place your order.

We accept:

• Debit and credit cards and Apple Pay, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees; these are outside our control.
• USDT (Tether) on the TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks, processed by our crypto payment provider (NOWPayments). You will see a unique payment address and the exact amount to send.

Paying with USDT:

• Send exactly the amount shown, on the network you selected, before the payment window expires. Funds sent on the wrong network or to an expired address may be lost and cannot always be recovered.
• Blockchain network fees are paid by you and must not be deducted from the amount you send.
• If you send less than the required amount, your order will not be delivered. We will either ask you to pay the difference or refund the amount received, minus network fees.
• If you send more than required, we will refund the difference on request, minus network fees.
• Your order is confirmed only after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

6. Bundles and promotions

A bundle is a set of several Codes of the same value sold together at a discount (for example 3 × $500). Each bundle is delivered as separate Codes. Bundle and promotional prices apply only to the bundle as a whole; if a bundle is refunded under our Refund Policy, the refund is based on the discounted price you actually paid. We may change or end any promotion at any time, but this will not affect orders already paid.

7. Delivery

• Codes are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, or to the recipient's email if you choose to send a gift. Most orders arrive within minutes; some may take up to 24 hours, for example during verification or supplier delays.
• Please check the email address carefully. We are not responsible for Codes sent to an incorrect address that you entered.
• If your Code has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
• Once a Code has been delivered, you are responsible for keeping it secure. Treat it like cash: anyone with the Code can use it.

8. Using your Code

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or returned to us, except as required by law or set out in our Refund Policy.
• Expiry dates, if any, are set by the Issuer.
• If the Issuer suspends or closes your account, or changes its terms, we are not responsible for any resulting loss of the Code's value.
• Never share a Code with anyone who contacts you asking for it, including people claiming to be from a government office, a bank, tech support or the Issuer. Gift card scams are common. We will never ask you to pay a bill or fine with a gift card.

9. Prohibited use

You must not use the Website or our Codes:

• with a payment method you are not authorised to use;
• for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other illegal purpose;
• to resell Codes commercially without our written permission;
• to interfere with the Website, test stolen payment details, or access it using automated tools.

We may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities and payment providers, and cancel any related orders.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. Most issues can be fixed quickly. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a Code that was delivered and valid, we may provide evidence of delivery to your bank, ask the Issuer to deactivate any unused balance, and refuse future orders from you.

11. Our responsibility to you

We guarantee that each Code we deliver is genuine and unused at the time of delivery. If it is not, we will replace it or refund you under our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: losses caused by the Issuer (including changes to its services, prices or terms); indirect or consequential losses; or losses caused by your own actions, such as entering the wrong email, sharing a Code, or buying a Code for the wrong region. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at an Issuer, payment provider, email provider, blockchain network or hosting provider, or government action. If such an event prevents us from delivering a paid order, we will refund you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the Website when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last changed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. We will try to resolve any complaint with you directly first. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to contact the UAE consumer protection authorities.
